But what does it take to get to that point; how does a player, coach, or organization go from dreaming about being number 1 to actually accomplishing that goal? What it takes is a lot of preparation, hard work, commitment, dedication, and sacrifice...and a little bit of luck! Drew Brees and the entire New Orleans' Saints organization would not have been crowned Super Bowl Champs this year if they did embody those qualities listed above.

It's good you wrote this at this time. The NFL Draft is going on. Each year teams select college players who they hope will make their team a winner in future years.
Each spring for 35 years I've been holding my own "draft" at Cabrini connections, reaching out to veteran volunteers, friends, and donors, looking for new "players" who will take meaningful roles on the Cabrini Connections team.
Visit the volunteer opportunities section on the www.cabriniconnections.net web site and you'll see many roles that we need to fill with outstanding players. If you can take one of those roles, or if you can "draft someone else" please contact El Da'Sheon.
It's these new players taking bigger roles on the team that give us hope each spring that we can do more in the following year we will be able to do more to help kids and volunteers at Cabrini Connections help each other.
